With a Hub controlled effects loop I can take care of my octave needs, I think

I think that is the only way to go. I rather trust the quality of the product and then be GASing for stuff all the time than getting a whole bunch of features that do not work that well (been there onde too many times)

I was actually thinking on getting the Dual Expression and then SA posted a pic of this and I decided to just sit and wait.

But I am really hoping for a MIDI controller

I'm into the Reflex. That opens possibilities for me! The CV is great, but MIDI too... Hoping this is the Moog MP-201 little brother.

I really like the expression pedal. Lots of great features. One concern I have is with the 1/4" jacks. It seems that you will need to use straight plugs with these since the 3 jacks are so close together. That would take up a lot of room on a pedalboard.

Not really, if you are careful you can use L jacks one to the front, one to the back and the middle one slightly towards one side also.
The middle one will be the one prone to being hit by your foot but the pedal looks high enough for that not to happen.

I'll be down for two Reflexes for sure. I'm getting better and better using an expression pedal with both feet from a stool. Been doing it for awhile now. This would be killer.

Kudos on going for three outputs rather than two, that's definitely a major perk. The versatility and tweakability aspects are what sold me on it.

Does this mean that you still have to buy the new midi hub to have control of your SB2 pedals with this new Reflex pedal to set up scenes and such or can the Reflex act like the midi hub on it's own?
