Source to obtain Pedulla hardware?

Hello all,

I’ve got an old Pedulla Thunderbass (5) with gold hardware, and I’d like to replace it with black hardware. I know Pedulla used to sell the replacements, and I was hoping they may have some old stock they’d be willing to sell me even post-closure. But based on my internet searches, they seem to have retired VERY completely (lol) as I can’t seem to find any contact info whatsoever.

Do any of you know of how I could reach someone there, or perhaps know of a dealer or luthier who may have some old stock I could purchase? Failing that, does anyone have any opinions as to what the closest currently available product might be?

The tuning keys, strap buttons, and bridge should be easy to find, I would think. Or, were they propriety, made by Pedulla, components?

I’m sure (well, at least it seems like) they sourced them, but they were definitely Pedulla-branded. Or, at least the ones on my 1996-ish model are. It does appear that there was an update to the hardware in 2006, and I’m not sure if it moved to something less “proprietary.”

The bridge, in particular, is one with two-screw saddles and adjustable spacing width. The tuning heads have sealed backs and pedulla-printed logos.

Can you post photos? IIRC, Pedulla used an ABM bridge, and probably Gotoh tuning keys.

Thanks. As I thought, ABM bridge, and Gotoh GB-7 tuning keys.

If it were me, I'd go with a Hipshot A-Style bridge and Ultralite tuning keys (3/8" version). They should both be a drop-in to the original hardware.
