But I like omelettes! heheSpent the morning with a bunch of future rocket scientists at the American Rocketry Challenge. Challenge was to launch an egg to 875 feet, land it in 45 seconds, and of course NOT make an omelet.

I was surprised, but didn’t look into yet.Anyone want to throw the ball around regarding the second Lunar Lander contract?
Have to walk out, but in a few words - I'm not a fan of what they did.
Well, SpaceX doesn't seem to be working very hard on their moon lander...
I don't disagree. What firms or cabals have better designs, that should get the awards instead?
Yeah, out in The Plains, VA. They do this every year. 4500 kids from 45 states. Had a great chat with a young lady from Huntsville who was on one of the teams.Jon, was this held in Virginia? I may have gone to one of these many years ago somewhere below Charlottesville or Orange. It was great.
I found the choice of the super underachieving Blue Origin crew just unfathomable. [This one Has to be all about the influence that Money brings, not - merit.]
It means NASA gets free Prime delivery, for all supplies to the Moon, for the duration of the contract.
