I'm sure it was pretty jarring for the people actually in the capsule. But on TV that looked like such a gentle splashdown!
About as smooth as being in a stopped car rear-ended by one going 16mph. Yeah, you'll feel it.
"Rigger is onboard the vehicle" - can you imagine having the job of climbing from the speedboat up on to the bobbing capsule to install the hoist rigging? Wild.
Please return your trays to their upright position.
Yeah, I wonder how hot the surface of the capsule is now, given it was engulfed in superheated plasma not long ago. The rigger must have some pretty good gloves.
after a seawater bath I expect pretty close to air temp.
Surprised at all the private boats in the area. And you get a good perspective of the size of it when it’s on the recovery boat.
"Okay, whoever farted on the fume detectors, very funny. Now can we get out of here, please?" 
Pretty much any bar with a mechanical bull, has about a dozen drunk girls on a Saturday night, more than capable.
Should have been a diversity hire, and free beer on the recovery ship.
Yeah, that was a little disturbing. I guess the security in those waters is non existent.
There should not have been any private boats in the area.
I was a little surprised at Jim Bridenstine's comments - giving Boeing a mention on this special day. Everything I have read has led me to believe Boeing has really dropped the ball with their work. Maybe I'm wrong. But today was SpaceX's day IMHO. The Boeing reference rang bizarre for me.
Think about it though - the recovery vehicle is a "private boat".
But yeah, they obviously need to do better crowd control, that was unexpected.

They got 128,432 technical items correct, but I think they had a logistics "oopsie" on that.
