Got a very cool accessory for my Nikon D3500 camera, a Thousand Oaks solar filter for about $55. (Those aren't sunspots; my lens was dusty! 
)

road already closed, clearing the pad comes next. getting an early start today. fingers crossed
They haven't called it yet. Waiting on FAA approval.
