Speaker Cable Question.

Yeah the cable is speakon to speakon and is around about 3 feet long...maybe even two feet.

For the sake of £5 I might just get some 2.5 or even 6mm if it fits into the terminals on the speakon.

2.5mm will be a tight fit. You should probably tin the ends of the wire so it's easier to push into the terminal. Also, loosen the screw all the way and bend the spring leaf back if necessary.

6mm will definitely not fit.

Edit: I just have to check one thing. You are talking about mm and not square mm, right? I seem to recall European wire specified in square mm, which kinda makes sense.

No, I'm working in conductor diameter here. The width of the end of the wire
