my Mesa Boogie Road Ready 2x15 speakers need replaced. Can I get some replacement recommendations for this cab? thanks!

Speaker recommendations for Mesa Road Ready 2x15

I would stick with a 15. If you try a 10 or 12, they'll fall right through the hole
Have you contacted Mesa? Get OEM replacements, or see what they recommend.
I'm pretty sure you don't want to be throwing just anything in there, regardless of reputation.
Most cabs are designed to work with the speakers that came with them. Putting in something else, without doing your homework can lead to less than desirable results.
Call US Speaker with the INSIDE dimensions of the cab (and themeasurementsof any ports). They'll plug that info into software that will spit out a list of speakers that will work well with thos dimensions.

If the original drivers are EVM-15L, a pro recone shop will be able to recone them with aftermarket kits that they know will work properly based on their experience. This is the best way to go and the least expensive.
Just remember that these are ~250 watt RMS drivers (mechanical rating) and if using with a high powered amp you will need th have reasonable expectations and good judgement to avoid damage.
I believe that we still stock the powerhouse 15” driver, give customer service a call and see if they have the driver used in the standard powerhouse and not the traditional (sealed) version. That was the follow up to the EVM/15L, but does not have quite the same mid extension.
The Subway 15” driver may also work, if you PM me the internal dimensions and port info (diameter, length and number of ports) I can check for you.

And of course widely used Eminence Kappalite 3015 or Faital 15PR400 proofed to work well in that cabinet. Someone could give description how they make difference from original EVM drivers when used in that cabinet. At least mids are different as EV speakers are extraordinary in that range compared to almost anything else on the market.
I've got two Road Ready 1x15s and a 2x15. Have used the classic EVM-15Ls, Eminence Delta Pro 15As, and Kappalite 3015s in all of them. While they weren't designed around them, I actually like the Delta Pros a smidge more than the EVMs--they seemed to have a bit more low end than even the freshly re-coned EVMs I'd been using.
Those Delta Pros have lasted well over a decade in the 1x15s with no issues and those have been played hard at a loud volumes, often in the backline of DIY all day festivals. I put the 3015s in the 2x15 to reduce the weight and they don't sound any different from the 15As to my ears.
