However, I think that maple would make it too bright for my taste - and how would it look like on a wenge/bubinga neck?
I was thinking just plain Ebony or somethin dark to go with it.
Could you please tell me more about the tone - like i could guess that it would be a bit brighter because of the ash, but how did the mid-range change? How was the low-mid and the mid of that bass?
