I don't think I've ever posted a pic of mine. It's an NS4CRFM...

Wow! That is one gorgeous Natural!!!

I'll be patient. question....any advice on what I should refinish the headstock with to make it look like new again?

Related to that subject, I just purchased a used plum Euro (see pix a few pages back) & want to know the best way to buff out the fine scratches - i.e. what compounds to use, what buffing material, buffer speed, etc. I plan on removing all of the hardware - I have a replacement bridge coming - & I plan to buff it out when I install the new bridge using a small wheel buffer or drill attatchment, so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Wet sand with 2500 grit and you can use any buffing compound....but I suggest 3m

WHAT?!?! No way!!! Amazing!

Hey man, that was beautiful and inspiring. I've always wanted to write something like that and, with more practice, I might just be able to sometime soon. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you! :)

WHAT?!?! That's crazy. I ordered my NS-2 in mid / late October and got it early March.

What bad things??? :eyebrow: I have a 1968 Ampeg B-15T Fliptop for 3 years and its a workhorse! And it's LOUD! Haha
For a year now I also use a PF-500 with Ampeg 410/810 cabs and not a lick of troubles. :D There's bad in every brand. Haha I'm sold on Ampeg equipment.

I can't comment on any of the newer ampeg over seas products , but all of the older USA ampeg gear is rock solid . I have used ampeg off and on since starting to play . Never had anything major , not even on all of the svt heads I've had .

Also just wanted to add that a lot of reviews are written by people who don't know crap anyway . I would read the ampeg forum on here as a guide for the product .
