To answer you and Tony, it's the standard Aggie OBP-2. I haven't decided whether to give it the smadder set up of the BTC/EXB combo, leave it as is, or use some of my sales money to get an 18v Haz from Spector and try that out.
As it is, it isn't as hot as the Haz or the EMG, it's just a nice, smooth 2 band. But you can hear all of the wood... it's just a crazy great tone.

Tommy, set up a Photobucket account & attatch your pics via image codes. There are no limits on pics posted using this method, and your pics will appear full-sized, not as thumbnails.
I have no idea if this works well or not but it seems to have some good reviews.

To sound like an idiot: how do you tell the difference between those two? I thought they were pretty similar, is pau ferro just slightly more of a reddish color or is there a distinct difference?

I just picked up a gk 1001rbii haven't run it through the fridge yet, but my 700rb was awesome. I think the gk heads and smorgasbord cabs are a great match.
