Augh the wait for my NS-X is getting unbearable, I bought it on Monday they sent me the tracking information Tuesday and it still says
"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."

Is it normal to have to wait so long for it to be updated? :confused:

usually you get that when that the label was created but not yet delivered to UPS.

That's definitely something you want to talk to someone about. That means it was never scanned in by UPS.

It's probably OK as long as it shows tracking sometime tonight.

For instance, when I bought Jeff's Kramer NS-2, I got the notification on the Thursday afternoon with the tracking #. Nothing was showing as trackable until the next day, and then in the morning and some of the afternoon. it just said a label was created. In the evening when the item was actually picked up, the tracking showed.

That said, it's probably worth a call to ask if the item has truly entered the UPS system.

my bet is on EMG BT... but if it goes cheap, you could put anything in there and still come out on top :bassist:

It looks a lot like my trans black CRFM, kind of a purple hue to it from fading over the years.

I am a big fan of the EMG DCs...after some serious thought, and your input, I made up my mind.

I've only jammed a few of the obligatory NBD Queensryche songs and an oldie but goodie Soundgarden track and it sounds fabulous. Definitely MUCH different than all my PJ Euros. The Aguilar OBP-3 is pretty sweet.

This bass has it own thing going on and I can't wait to get to know it better. :hyper:

Congrats, You have some big responsibility now. Not many have a NS4H2 and can compare it to a Euro P/J. Looking forward to hearing your report. :hyper:

Urrgh I hate when this happens. Did you get this from a store through ebay? I have seen this happen from time to time with other items that my wife would order on ebay.

A Store will immediately print a label for the transaction but they only ship 1 or 2 days a week.

I really like the fretboard wood. that pau ferro has some great stripes. I also love the rounded ramp on the US fretboards. it just look classy. if a Fodera and a Spector had a baby it would look like that. the mom, the fodera, would look at the dad, the NS2 and say "look sweety, he has your logo."

its just a stock filter :) it actually looks that nice in person.
