Thanks for that. That seems interesting. I'm going to imagine the "thud" might help it lock it a little better with the kick.

I'm leaning towards the Barts. Like you said even just to have a different different palette if I need it.

Plus if it turns out I'd rather the emgs I can get a pj set pretty cheap over here.

I love long holiday weekends. :)

It's still just a prototype at this point, but I finally got the midrange where I feel it works and sounds best without having any effect on the original HAZ circuit.

I also want to add a balanced XLR out before I'll consider offering them for sale.

Eventually there may be an onboard version with stacked bass/treble and a separate midrange but I have to delve into the world of double sided PCB design before that happens.

I almost posted this yesterday. My brother usually bids on guitars on the Heritage Auction site, and I saw this. I remember Jack using this for a while before his signature Thumb bass. It will definitely get pricey before it closes!

I'm not a dealer of course but I know they're $699 shipped and comes with a Spector gig bag. I've ordered mine thru ishGuitars, Jesse expects arrival about mid Oct.
