First Friday! My own NS5-CR is currently sat in customs having made it's way here from Armarvir in the Black Sea region of Russia. I'm still waiting on customs getting in touch for me to pay the fees and duty before it's sent through to me. A decade ago I'd have been crawling the walls in desperation for it arriving, I'm of an age now where I can wait quite patiently for a nice surprise to arrive.

I

I get free shipping at work so this works out great for me!!

Unfortunately, for you my friend, free shipping isn't an option. The $6k option is the ONLY one available for the "pbass6811 appears to have too many basses" giveaway. I do take PayPal...;):D

OK, I'm an idiot — can someone tell me what FF stands for?

FF=First Friday. Or, it's slightly lesser known name "That one day of the month that all the Spector owners encourage coveting and jealousy!"

That just doesn't seem to roll off the tongue as easily as FIRST FRIDAY!!

Feel free to use whichever one feels right...;):D:laugh::roflmao:

Looking for opinions on what you use for a soft gig bag for your Spector? I have a Euro 5.

I have a couple different brands, Mono M80, Reunion Blues currently. The standard one from Spector doesn't cut it :)

What do you use that you like for ease of transport and decent protection?

Nice - those are the Czech made ones correct? What pre amp's are in those basses?

Made in the same factory that Spector Uses for the Euros?

Is it right to say the factory that Spector uses, rather than "Spector's" (owned) factory as they have made other brand basses, these Dean basses, some of the Ashdown Lodestone branded ones too were made there as well I believe.

These Edge Selects are made in Indonesia, I just can't get over how amazing the finish quality is. The pre amps
are G & B which are also excellent.
