Hi Guys, My very first Spector bass , the one and only.

That's hot! Reminds me of the one I played at The Bass Place.

I owned a Korean made Spector NS 2000-4 several years ago and made the mistake of selling it. Since then I have always wanted another Spector. No other bass I have played felt as good in my hands. This week I scored a cherryburst NS-2A from Guitar Center for a decent price, $350.00 including shipping with a case. I spoke to PJ at Spector and he told me it's an 88 model probably with a Hazlab preamp. He says that it is made as well as the US models, and with an EMG pickup upgrade it will rival the current models. I will have it in about a week and post some decent pics. :hyper:

Excellent purchase. After the EMG upgrade you'll be set tonally. PJ was correct on all counts regarding the NS2A. Great bass.
