You're looking at a Spector Legend 4 string. Production date likely around 2010-2015 - hard to say for sure though. Most of the newer Korean basses have a serial that starts with a "w" but this is absolutely a Legend 4. Do the bass an treble pots have a center detent? If they do, the preamp is not a Tone Pump Jr but likely an EMG BTS preamp. Value is subjective but I would think it might be in the $500 range.

Many thanks for the info. It’s a nice bass but has some problems with scratchy/noisy vol and tone pots. No detents and I took a look and it is the Tone Pump Jr. pre. May try putting it up on Reverb as-is. Unfortunately I don’t have soldering skills.
