Squier's New VM Jazz Bass 5 string?

I saw this new 5'er surfing around the net and must say, for a little over $300 - its tempting! Have any of you played one or have any knowledge on it. I have a 6 & 4 and desperately want a 5, simply can't afford the 535 that would make my world complete I know NOTHING about Squier stuff.

I wanted one when I was shopping around for a 5, but couldn't find one to play personally before I bought, so I passed. I love the Squier VMJ stuff tho.
