I kind of remember the show. I was talking about the movie. Luke Perry is so dreamy.
...and band practice is cancelled because someone would rather work on re-recording guitar tracks.
Sorry Pelham, no clips tomorrow. Maybe by saturday.
I really want to try out that damn pedal.
This is starting to sound like a one-man show. Can he do it all alone?
I think Corey said he digs the Firebirds.

He's going to have to.
Out-voted 2 to 1, did it anyway = no help from me or our drummer.
Which kind of sucks for him because I have access to a bunch of nice mics and interfaces that I can borrow from work, no charge, no time limit. It's actually part of my job to use this stuff and evaluate it.
I feel like I'm shooting myself in the foot, I want the album to sound good, but I can't just roll over and endorse a dick move like that. So here we are...

I do love NR Firebirds and Thunderbirds. I've heard good things about those Eastwood Stormbirds. Is this my christmas present?!
I think you made the right call. He has to learn the hard way that the whole band can't take a back seat to him. He'll either learn and be more reasonable or throw a tantrum. Have fun with either lol.
On a side note, here's my doom doge with his new tie.

Lol, kind of wish I had the extra cash go snatch it up. Looks like they aren't that pricey even new, like $429.
Good luck dude, if you are anything like me you need band practice not just to get better as a band. Practice helps blow off alot of steam.
Yeah, the high volume full body bass massage is pretty relaxing. The beer helps too.
I definitely need band practice for more than just getting tight as a band. If I don't play music for extended periods of time I get kind of anxious and tense, unless I have something else really involved and rewarding to take up my time.
Yeah, definitely more to it than just "practicing". There's something about the volume, distortion, concentration and frame of mind that's very powerful. I wish i could be doing more of it. Maybe it's time to rethink joining or starting a second band.
