The best part is the plastic protective film is still on the tuners but the headstock is broke off and repaired.

Hopefully will be able to try it all out tomorrow, I have my aunts funeral today...inoperable brain tumor they didn't find until it was too late, died at 59, way too young.

Well, after a weekend unplugged from band drama I'm reasonably calmer, but still pissed.
Guitar player says the recording of new guitar tracks is going well. I'm dubious, but we'll see.
Drummer has already spent a lot of time fixing flubs, eq'ing, lining things up, general editing, etc. Guitar player seems to think that his new tracks will just magically drop in to the session with no extra work, but again, I'm dubious.
Then there's the whole issue of sonic quality. Isolated, treated room, 3 high-end mics, vintage tube preamps, $500k board, experienced engineer =vs= carpeted basement containing a drumset, 1 SM57, tascam multi-track recorder, recording novice.
I hope to be proven wrong, I really do.
Anyway, we're putting all of that aside to practice tonight, so hopefully I'll finally get to take the Bazz out for a test-drive with the big rig.

I'll bring the zoom recorder to practice and see if I can crank out some clips tonight. Shouldn't take too long.
Almost through the first season moving really slowly. I am a big firefly fan though.
