One of my favorite bass players, Dave LaRue use some type of hanger on his Ampeg cab so that he can just hang his bass there and needs no floor stand. I can't seem to find one on-line, anyone know what this could be, maybe he made it....?

String Swing. Just screw it into your amp head or cab. Of course, doesn't work so well with a mini rig.
I seem to recall a hanger setup that screws into your rack. It's comprised of a one space rack mount unit that has attach points for two hangers.
I used to use something like this:

but it strapped around the entire amp or combo & extension cab.
Bit of a fuss to set up, and when I downsized to a single combo, not very useful...

Basshangar.com I've been using one for a few years now. Fits right in my case too. One of my guitarists hung his Les Paul on it at our last practice. That's the last time I set him up playing near my amp. lol
Anyone else remember those cheesey instrument hangers they made in the 70s or 80s that were just a one-pice molded plastic u-shaped neck hanger with a 1/4" plug on the back, designed to plug into an unused input on the front of your amp?
