Double Bass Stagg knock-offs?

I've seen a few cheapo EUBs that look exactly like Staggs to me. Lucky Penny and Barcelona are the names I've seen lately. Any idea what the deal is with these? Are they Staggs with a different brand slapped on it, or are they any worse?

my bet is that they are all made in the same factory somewhere and with different brands slapped on at the end. the Dean EUB also looks identical.

I think the name on the headstock is Stagg.
But I would prefer a rosewood RDL-model.
