+1 to that mate.
When I bought my first drum kit, I got a free stool (stagg of course). It broke it within 3 days.

Reading this thread I feel like must have hit the lottery or something. I bought a Stagg bass a few years ago at Rondo music - this thing is excellent for the price. The neck is straight, frets are nice and level, no buzzes, the electronics are cheap but I've had no problems in 3 years of use. I've used it in the studio several times without a single problem. The pups are two Stingray-looking things and they sound excellent. The body shape is almost identicle to a Fender jag. With the way Stagg is berated I'm really strating to think that I must have hit the jackpot and got the only decent one in existance!??![]()
i played one exactly like it, one of the screws fell out of the G saddle
