Hi again.
I am back looking and I am now looking for information for bassists who either own or have experience with Steinberger basses. I am also a guitarist and own a steinberger style cort that i picked up real cheap. I like it because it's easy to pickup and play, however dislike it because in a lot of way it negatively effects my picking technique when i go back to one of my full size guitars
So with that background. I am only recently starting to play bass seriously and I'm trying to develop solid technique.
I have a medical condition and picking up my bass to practice for the long periods of time to put I know i'm going to need to develop serious technique has proven to be taxing. To the point where in a lot of ways, i find myself practicing in my head more than picking up the actual bass.
If I bought and put all of my time into practicinng on a steinberger, do you think that my technqiues would be negatively effected when switching back to a typical pbass for those times that I plug in?
