Stewart ventilation question

Quick question for those in the know. I've got a Stewart 1.2/sansamp bddi comb in a three space rack. I got it used from someone on the dudepit. I also have a furman power conditioner that is just sitting around. The lights on it don't really work (the led's, there are no regular lights) so it's not worth anything, but it does work. The amp is organized as such: top space is open, middle is the stewart, bottom is the sansamp. Would the Stewart get enough ventilation if I put the Fruman on top of it. It would close off that rack space, but since the furman and sansamp are both half as deep as the stewart, there would still be lots of air space. I'm just not sure if it needs a rack space that goes all the way through or if space in the back is enough. Just a quick yes or no will do, thanks!

Yes, Your Stewart will be OK...I've done a WHOLE lot worse to power amps that a Furman on top, never a problem....

...actually , you might be better off without the Furman ...

IIRC , there's an article in there about problems
that may arise when you use a conditioner with the World series amps ...

something to do with the fact that the amp already
has a protection system , and may cause the amp to shut off ...
i think they recommend that you should use a good quality power strip instead .

i use a World 2.1 and have never experienced any problems , but i took my Furman out ,
and went with a strip , just in case ...

I have an old Stewart PA1000, and it spent a few years jammed into a rack case with no space above or below. Nothing ever went wrong. However, when playing loud gig for extended periods, I would clip a tiny fan onto the back of the case just to circulate some air.
The guy at Bass Northwest told me as long as it wasn't in bridged mono mode, nothing would ever happen to it.
Nothing ever has.
