Still touring with Beck?

Hello!

I just found out that Beck is going to perform in Finland in August. It's his first show in Finland and takes place at cool hipster festival so I'm really looking forward to be there. :woot: Are you going to tour with Beck and will we see you here?

I am afraid that I will not. Haven't really made the announcement publicly yet, but I suppose this is as good a place as any. I'm torn - really want to be with him and my boys and rock out, so this decision was challenging to say the least. But frankly I have to pay attention to my producer career in 2015...last year's 7 months with Beck was extremely satisfying and fun, but I can't necessarily do that again. It's just too nuts to go back and forth, people don't know if you're coming or going...hope that explains it adequately.

Beck's just NOT the same without Justin. For me, Justin's more of a draw than Beck; and I absolutely adore the "Sea Change" side of Beck. The tone and bassline of "Paper Tiger" stands up with anything from anybody from the 60's.

Lennon/McCartney, Garfunkel/Simon, Iommi/Butler, Gilmour/Waters, Sinatra/Dorsey/Jenkins, Tufnel/St. Hubbins, Lee/Lifeson/Peart, Meldal-Johnsen/Beck.

I understand and I will be there and enjoy Beck's show. I know there are Many bassplayers in Finland who were waiting to see you with Beck. I hope that I will catch your liveshow sometimes later.
