"Ridiculously sensitive" is about right, Kenneth. It is "ridiculous" to come to TB these days and try to make a serious point, based on your own judgment and experiences, because the world is too full of people who just can't resist turning everything into an arguement. Unfortunatley for me, I am "sensitive" about this and should probably just admit defeat :(.

Well folks today my ernieball flatwounds have arrived and i just finished stringing it up. I plugged my old jensen headphones in the stingrays jack and took a listen. i think my stingray sounds much better with the flats and I am pretty happy with it. i havent played it through my gib rig yet but I will soon. I think I might keep this ray around. i see there is alot of angry bass players in here at me for smashing my other Ray, but i dont know with round wounds on a stingray it just gets to damn bright and sizzly for me. now i got that cliff williams from ac/dc tone and i dig it alot.
