HH vs SH

Pros & cons?

I currently own a SR5 H. Love it, lookign to add another to the collection, and I'm torn between the two pup configurations.

I like the fact that on the HH you can choose the outer coils, and inner coils. Only thing that I found a bit lacking was JUST the neck pup. Seemed real quiet to me.

The neck pup solo'd on the HS sounded like a REAL chunky & dirty p-bass which I love, just not sure if I'm able to get that same tone from the HH version.

Advice/opinions/sound clips/carrots would be greatly apprecaited!
Thanks in advance
Jeremy

HH is sweet, and the 5 tones are all independent and awesome. One of my coils actually went down, making it a semi HS for a while (don't worry MM sorted me out, above and beyond), and even without the coil cancel I still found myself digging that single pup sound. Happy now its fixed, but i do find myself hankering for the HS sometimes.

As for the neck H getting in the way... non-issue, at least for me. Its fine, even with slap or harmonics.
