Stingray Special 5 pickup replacements

As a fella who loves Stingrays - and tinkering with them - I’m wondering if anyone is making pickup replacements that properly fit the route? I would prefer Ceramic and Alnico over the neodymium even though the neo is no slouch.

The reasonI ask is that I bought an Aguilar AG5M but the Special 5 pickups are sized like 4 string pickups but with one extra pole piece - they are wider bridge to nut and narrower bass to treble than the old Stingray 5 ones so they don’t fit in the pickup route.
