Stoner/Doom Bassist Thread Part 8 - Insert witty title...

Quick vent here and I thought this would be a good place for it. So I'm a vet and have a lot of medical junk going on. I'm not gonna go into it but I have horrible night terrors all the time and don't sleep well. Everyone in my family that I have slept at tells me I wake them up all the time screaming and sleep walking. The doctors have given me all sorts of meds and they usually make it worse and I feel bad all day from them. Sooo as you can imagine If I partake in a plant before bed I sleep for a good chunk without night terrors and I feel good when I get up. I'm so pissed that the doctors use me as a pill test rat and I'm considered a drug addict if I piss hot. I'm far from it. I think I'm gonna join Norml. I know a lot of vets I deployed with that could really benefit from some plant therapy instead of all these dangerous pills the "Professionals" hand out. :bassist:

Wow the last thread went quick, less than a month. I started working on some music tonight, so I have something to jam on when I get one of these drummers I'm talking to into a room at last. New svt is arriving this week as well, good things in motion.

Everyone here should either own a Bluebeard or a Rat Tail.

Bluebeard is on the way, considering a Rat Tail, but I'm not sure yet. The Dark Driving beat out the Hematoma as a low gain OD, the Hematoma is nice at higher gain settings, but a little too compressed and not nasty enough.

As for fuzz, everyone needs to try the Fairfield Circuitry fuzz. It kills, and will be replacing my Supercollider.

It seems like the supercollider is a real love/hate thing. And even when they love it, it ends up getting replaced down the road. IMO. And Sam, I'll see what I can do about finding the link.
