Joe I have no problem with crazy family stories. If anything everyone has then most just hide them. My kin are the religious nuts variety. Their stories are pretty limited to violent prayer circles and stalking people who leave "the fold."

I don't discuss/disclose most of my crazy family stories online. Mostly because I still see most of the people in them almost every day.

Been kind of going of thinking of my past and my personality and genetics a lot lately as the daily migraines and confusion have me worried about my job and sanity, even thinking of moving back to Florida since I blame the weather for my migraines. I stumbled on a site about adult ADD and that people found that taken the meds found a nice side effect of their migraines stopped. Well I have about 90 percent of the symptoms and the migrianes meds that help me the most are stimulants and vasodialators. So Monday I will be begging my Neuro to try me on Adderall or similar to say the least but yeah made me think maybe that was some mental spill over from my Dad.

Dude i would love to be able to tolerate my family enough to see them everyday at work. We just seem to exaggerate each others crazy.

Yeah, we do that. It's not so much that we don't drive each other crazy and feed into each other's craziness, so much as our family has a deeply ingrained ability to normalize dysfunction. We're all mellowing a little bit as we age though.

So details keep rolling in about our DIY show on saturday: No heat (should be 35-45 degrees outside during the show), No bathroom (Sorry ladies) and we're encouraged to "bring beer to share" - the last one really irks me. It's BYOB for ****s sake, people can bring their own damn beer. Also - considering that there'll be a fair amount of underage kids there, it's really, really stupid to just hand out beer to whoever.

At least we're playing first - because I'm going to be cold and grumpy and want to get the **** out of there...

EDIT: I suggested space heaters but apparently we can't use them there because they trip the breakers.
