Storing Bass guitars between gigs???

I would think no if its a form fitted case...or there is support under the neck in such a way that it doesn't sit awkward..???

I would think it really depends on where you park.
The angle of the driveway or street affect how the case sits in the trunk.
You really should have known that.
(stored them both in the case on edge and standing up as well as on guitar stands for over 30 years; no issues with any method; never had a "hanging style stand though)
