When I first turn on the amp it works fine (I let the tubes warm up for a few minutes and then turn from stand by to on), play for about 5-10 minutes, and the sound disappears (fades out) 
Then I have to switch to stand by for a few seconds and then switch on again and it rocks for the rest of the gig/rehearsal. What could be the cause for this kind of behaviour?
I will take it to a tech asap, probably next week, but I'd like to know if anybody else has had similar problems with tube amps or amps in general.
