strap

Hi Janek,

I know you'd really prefer not to answer gear questions, but I was simply wondering what strap you use? as it looks rather comfortable and supportive. I've had trouble lately with my current strap and the bad angles it sets the bass at relative to my body.

Thanks,
-Tyler

it's something I've been trying to figure out a better solution to recently. I've used a "Comfort Strapp" for years. But right now I'm going between that and a thick and comfortable Levys strap. I just can't get the length right. You would think it wouldn't be that hard, but it's almost impossible to find the strap that allows me enough adjustability in length.

The search continues.....

The Sadowsky short strap...I searched for years for a good one and now own 3. Just a suggestion. Tried different Levy's and had the Comfort Strapp and the Sadowsky is much better in terms of helping balance and comfort.

For me, the Levy's 4 1/2" wide strap wins. The Comfort Strapp's seat belt strap reinforcement over the padding digs into my shoulder too much. I also like the Planet Waves 3" bass strap with the padding inside the seat belt material, but the Levy's strap is the only one I'll use for my heaviest basses.

Yeah, I know...nobody asked me ;)
