Double Bass String Identification Help Request

I tried out a bass yesterday & really enjoyed the strings it had, but the owner knew very little about the bass or the strings. I couldn’t find anything in the online string identification guides that matches the set. The strings look fairly old. All 4 are solid black at the tailpiece.
pegbox: E = greyish, might have a slight yellow color on part of the silk.
A= almost no silk remaining. What’s left looks kinda silverish
D=dirty dark grey
G= green
Thanks in advance!

Thank you, Francois. The ball ends didn’t appear to have any identifiable markings, but I’ll post a photo here. The strings look very old. There is actually a green patina between the bridge and the silks at the tailpiece.
