They look like Dean Markley Blue Steels.

Or, possibly an old set of MTD Stainless, which used to be made by Dean Markley before their factory was shut down a while ago.

Actually I do have an empty Dean Markley Blue Steels wrapper in my drawer, so I think that's correct.
