I am on the same hunt for similar winding length strings for a 36" scale bass myself. There are not as many options available from manufacturers as you might think. Ken Smith offers a few gauges for 6 string sets. Rock Master medium Lights are one option. I was not ultra impressed with them.
Thomastik Infeld makes an IN366 scale set that is a different alloy than standard nickel.
Rotosound strings will not work with their DL or XL lengths if you have a 36" scale string through the body though. Believe me as I burned money on an order from them only to find out I needed an extra 1/2". That being said, they would work for 38 inches worth of winding length. Those swing bass 66 extra long will work.
