Stuck height adjustment screws

What would be a good product to put on my height adjustment screws to get some of the rust loose so I can turn them? I was thinking putting some drops of WD 40 on top and letting it soak down but wanted to know if there are any better products? Thanks for any suggestions.

Try PB Blaster spray, like WD40. Local oilfield workers use brake fluid to help release rusted bolts and pipe, they buy it by the quart. If other things don't work, I would remove the saddles from the bridge and soak the saddle in brake fluid. I use it on automotive bolts and it works.

Saddle height adjustment screws will often unscrew from the bottom of the saddle when they won't come out the top if the top of the screw is below the top of the saddle due to crud in the threads. If that doesn't work, PB Blaster has worked well for me on numerous pieces of rusted hardware.
