Stupid (but quick) question about cabs.

There's something that I'm not understanding about this cab. If the cab says:

"Max Power: 700W Program
350W Continuous"

What does this mean? Is it a 700 watt cab? Or a 350 watt?

'Program' = peak power
'Continuous' = RMS power

Program is just adspeak, RMS is the one to use, so it's a 350W cab.
