subway

I had it last night and my sub was extremely good, my friends loved it to haha, but I had:

Cold cut on Italian herbs and cheese bread, then get the normal meat that comes on it (add bacon if you wish), get cheese, green peppers, red and yellow peppers, mayo, and bbq sauce.

and yes it doesn't seem like a whole lot of stuff but it is delicious.

I used to love Subway when I was in the UK. Italian BMT on Hearty Italian bread, with cheese, lettuce, cucumber, jalapenos and Southwest sauce. Ate them all the time. The same sandwich in a US Subway tastes bland in comparison, and gives me a runny bottom. :(

I suspect the US stores use lower-quality ingredients - the bread and sauces are loaded with HFCS, and the meat's not exactly high quality.

Yeah, almost all the fast foods in India suck. They use mediocre quality meat.

Subway here rocks!

you kidding me? i am the one who is eating all sorts of fast foods i i can find here and its mostly all amazing! subway is a different story though

a question though, are subs supposed to be kinda like cold? last two times i was there, they stuff everything inside that bread and put it in somewhere and then i get it, but its all somewhat cold

Trust me man! Come to Canada and try stuff here. You might just be blown away. As for it being cold yes and no. You can choose to have it toasted or not. Depending on what sub your getting it tastes better toasted. A pizza sub, for example, is meant to be toasted. A cold cut combo, is not really meant to be toasted, but i do it anyways :p

if i ever get to land in that continent the first place i'd running towards would be a big, like a real big, gear store to play all the equipment i only get see and hear on the internetz :bawl:

September 11, 2001 I went to a local Subway to order lunch for some co-workers. Two sisters were working there and were obviously very upset. When I asked what was wrong I was told that they had just heard on the news that the subways were closed in NYC and they were wondering whether they should close too. True story.
