Yeah I laughed at this at first. Then remembered the time I posted a question on TB about a Warwick I was interested in buying at a local shop. I made the mistake of putting the link to the shop's site with a pic. Went back to get it the next morning and it was gone! Sold to someone out of state.

Someone did that to me.

I asked about a rare Yamaha bass on my local CL, next thing I know when I call the guy back to meet him he told me someone out of State made the deal.

A week later one of the TBers who posted in my thread actually showed off the same exact bass in the forum.

I will not tell the name of the TBer, I am not his buddy, I can tell you.

Nope, that is a G-77, I believe. The model purchased is a G-33.
