"Supporting Member" Message?

I thought I did "lifetime"/subscription "Supporting", or paid several years in advance(?), but just checked my profile, and not sure how to see what "Plan" I have? Obviously, I'd rather pay $40 one-time annual rather than $8/mo.

Message:

Starting August 10th we will be adjusting our rates for Supporting Memberships. A Supporting Membership will be $40/year (or $8 monthly), and a Gold Supporting Membership will be $100/year (or $15 monthly). Existing recurring subscriptions are not affected at this time. Thank you for your support!!!

I don't list anything on Classifieds but did want to support the Community.

Yeah not sure what’s up, I got an email saying my subscription expired, which I have it set up for monthly auto payments through PayPal and it dumped my gold supporting membership. As far as I can see it was just a cancellation of my payment plan, without the heads up to update to whatever service they are moving to. Oh well.

What I need to look for is if there is clarification for what those lifetime members get, cause it seems from what I'm seeing, Gold memberships now outrank it.

Thanks for the mention - I'm not sure how I missed this. Lifetime memberships do not expire and are not affected by other cancellations that occurred in July. I'm sorry for the confusing communication. You can see purchased ugrades and expiration dates at the bottom of your account upgrades page. It will look similar to this:

I purchased lifetime supporting membership years ago. My accounts upgrade page doesn’t say “supporting member” (lifetime) with expires: Never.

Expires in 2038? Did my Lifetime membership change? Did I do something to make it change? Just wanted to check.

Nothing you did, and your membership is still good. The forum software years ago simply didn't have a "never" option, and so we just put in a date far in the future. I'll get his updated for you now.
