Can someone help me with what models of P-Basses had a surf green color with a maple neck? I know I have seen them before on ebay. Did any 1957 reissue basses have this color?

Surf Green P-Bass with Maple Neck?

Yeah There were never any vintage factory Maple/ Surf by Fender but there are some reissues...

Seafoam and Surf are actually pretty different...
Seafoam: darker, deeper, more blue (like the '57 above)
Surf: lighter, more pastel colour with more yellow (close to sonic blue kinda)
Like the Nash above.

I think Lakland make a P bass in green (maybe not surf, i forget) as a standard colour, if you care to take a look in that direction?
This is Lakland's Sea Foam...more saturated then surf green.

I have one of these. The picture doesn't do the paint any justice. It's a pearl finish.
Actually, it's a pretty nice bass. I bought it as a utility bass, turns out I really enjoy playing it, sounds great, too.
My only regret, I wish it had a P neck instead of the J neck. That might be remedied soon, though.

I played it through a Mark 2x10 combo and it sounded great. The neck felt great and was easy to play.
If I had been in the market at the time I would have bought it.

Xaviere bass, if you don't mind it isn't a Fender

I've always wanted to try an Xaviere to see how they compare with SX basses. This color combo might make me do it ...
Anyone happen to know the nut width of those xaviere p basses? That color combo is killer but most p bass necks are a little thick for my taste.
Have you considered finishing the bass yourself? You can order an accurate Seafoam or Surf from ReRanch and shoot it over a mitymite, Warmouth or USACG body. I really lusted for Sonic Blue, so I stripped a Precision and finished it in that. Cost me a lot less than a custom order, came out nice and was a very rewarding experience.
