SVT 4 PRO -- best reasonably sized cabinet?

Hello all. Recently I've been on the hunt for a speaker cabinet that can handle my new SVT 4 Pro, but isn't going to be a pain in the rear end to transport. Any recommendations? What has worked for you SVT 4 owners?
 
I simply use a SVT410HE at 8 Ohms, and it pounds at any rehearsal or small/medium situation. Add any other 8 Ohm cabinet to make it 4 Ohms and that pretty much takes care of any situation.

Assuming that you use the mono/bridges connection and cable. This allows you to use both internal amplifiers to get all of the balls you are looking for.
 
+1 to the fearful. The 410 ampeg suggested above is less sensitive per watt at double the weight in some cases compared to a fearful 15/6. Then you can use the graphic EQ to shape the sound of your speaker cabinet into whatever you want. Powerful rig easily capable of 125db.

The fEARful 15/6 with a SVT-4 pro will rival a 610 in volume, at a fraction of the weight.
 
Both the HE and HLF will overload when cone excursion reaches the point where no power input will increase the volume. A good deal of 410's can been overpowered with well under the power rating on the cabinet. The HE will tend to handle more power better because of it being a sealed box. Under the tuning frequency of the port on the HLF the speakers are unloaded meaning it can travel its full excursion without resistance. The HE is sealed so there is always a fixed volume of air behind the cab always providing resistance to the cone. Ported cabs are universally easier to blow, but the 4 ohm rating would have nothing to do with it. I can guarantee that under the tuning frequency of the HLF, it will take very little power to do actual speaker cone damage.

I've fed 1000w into a 12" sealed speaker in short bursts at low frequencies that did not blow the speaker. The cone had resistance so the Xmax was generally never exceeded. Take the same speaker into a ported box and the same wattage and frequency of note and it would blow the speaker in short time. The xmax was exceeded below 1000w.
 
The next step of explanations should consider the amount of power at transients.
Then the next step should consider the frequency spectrum of transients.

It's right that ported caps power handling runs down underneath the -3dB point.
But it's only understandable if the frequency spectrum of transients would be explained sufficient .

But explaining transient frequency spectrum sufficiently is a very hard job to confirm.
