SVT-4 Pro Problem

Any Ampeg gugros out there? Well here is my problem. I just bought a SVT-4 Pro head and found out that it was working great when the head was put on a MONO mode. But when the head stereo, there is a problem between the two power amps inside.

Power amp B works great in stereo mode. Power amp A works but has a huge power drain. Just not that loud.. Any ideas?
