Ciao a tutti. Ho sostituito i finali del mio svt vr e dopo circa tre mesi di lavoro il suono è cambiato nel giro di pochi giorni. Ora suona piatto e privo di calore. Ho sostituito una valvola del preamplificatore perché è microfonica (v4) ed è migliorata ma sembra ancora fredda. Ho deciso di revisionarla completamente (tranne i finali ovviamente). Ne ho ordinati alcuni tad. Spero che funzioni altrimenti potrebbe essere un brutto finale? Grazie per il consiglio.

il bias è regolare e le valvole di potenza sono state sostituite da un centro Ampeg qualificato che ha tenuto l'amplificatore per quattro mesi solo per sostituire le valvole, non voglio riportare di nuovo l'amplificatore lì. comunque grazie per le risposte

Then you need to find another QUALIFIED service tech to work on it. It's possible that you have a defective tube, or something else failed since the previous service.

There have been difficulties obtaining some tube types over the past 5 years, including some that are used in the SVT's. It may be that your tech was waiting for higher quality screened and matched power tubes rather than settling on something substandard. It's not always the tech's fault, and sometimes it's an honest mistake or simply a failed part.

Non fraintendetemi "cavallo invecchiato". Il tecnico a cui ho portato la testa è l'unico di cui mi fido. Porto lì la mia attrezzatura da circa vent'anni. Sono pieni di lavoro e i loro tempi di consegna sono questi. Cercherò di sostituire le valvole del preamplificatore perché sono originali, se non lo sono la riporterò al tecnico. Grazie

È importante cambiare entrambi i tubi nel telaio superiore. Inoltre, assicurati che siano stati installati i piccoli tubi corretti, due 12AU7 e un 12AX7 nella parte inferiore. Forse le posizioni erano confuse.

I wouldn't, we don't know what may happen... plus there's no warranty on tubes that have been stored and not used.
