Swap mid for tweeter?

I have a really nice 15/5 cab that for the most part I love. Sometimes though I find myself missing that hi fi tweeter sparkle. I'm thinking of swapping out the mid driver for a tweeter. It's crossed over at 1200Hz and I don't want to swap out the crossover or modify the cab. The drivers are Faital 15pr400 woofer and m5n8 mid.

Can I just swap out the mid for a tweeter? I imagine one problem will be finding a horn that will fit in the mid chamber and baffle hole.

No

But you could swap it with some other mid driver that has better high-end extension.
That mid should have at least the same impedance and roughly the same efficiency as the M5N8.

This Beyma driver may give you some more high end sizzle, it will give you a bit of a scooped sound compared to the Faital mid since the Beyma is less efficient in the mids but has better high-end extension.
