SWR Goliath III Neo replacement speakers?? Anyone done it?

BUMP!!! I've also been contemplating this...was shewed away from putting the MM neos in though because those were designed for a sealed cab.
Why would you replace the pas drivers? They are the only reason i would even own an swr cab. They are one of the best bass speakers out there.

I used a cabinet modeling program to find a good neo speaker to use in my SWR Baby Blue 110 combo and came up with the Eminence Deltalite II. It was a huge improvement over the stock PAS driver. Just to rule out the plecbo effect I immediately went back to the PAS driver to confirm and it was hands down an inferior driver to the Deltalite II. The bass was much much deeper but still controlled and clean. The mids were equally present but a little more extended and smooth. The power handling was much improved and the weight was as you can imagine a no contest. I was going to do the same with my Golliath II Jr. but at the time the Deltalites had just skyrocketed to $199 ea. up here in Ontario Canada. I would recommend the Eminence Deltalites II if you can afford them.
Yeah, I've been looking at prices online and locally and it's gotten way pricier than I remember. Think I might just let my youthful back deal with the heavy PAS drivers.
