SWR PB200 vs ST220 + eq questions

I have an ST 220 and have a PB 200 on the way. My understanding is the ST 220 is an "upgraded" version of the PB 200. Does anyone know exactly how they differ?

Also I've seen that some PB 200s have white outlines on the faceplate and some have blue. Does anyone know the difference there?

Also, with both of these amps you can use an EQ footswitch. Does this simply switch between flat and to whatever EQ settings are currently set? Does this switch operate on just the EQ sliders? Or does it also look at the aural enhancer, bass knob, and treble/transparency settings as well?

Finally, can any tip/ring/sleeve footswitch work?

Footswitch only affects Graphic EQ; I would suspect any latching TRS footswitch would work
