Nice! I did not know about the Red in the open part of the grain! It looks great too!

Like I say I am always ion the edge with that one, but for me, the nut width is off putting...

very cool man. I was just hinking to myself last night wondering if you had ever gotten it. I like the big pore open grain looks. Emo meets goth sounds like a good description but i trulyt don't think a bassist could be that depressed. haha

This bass will be on TV this Friday morning! The school where I teach is providing students for the Fox News Rising Morning show (Charlotte NC)...my son is playing so if you are up, check it out from 6-8am.

As an aside, I may take it to the club gig I am playing on Saturday night...I'll have to ask for permission to borrow it from a 13 year old I hope he lets me take it...

Little black dots side markers on the red binding. Very challenging to see on a dark stage. Can be modded quickly with a sharpie .

That's a really col looking bass. I dig the open grained paint and the red in the pores.

If they made a 5, I'd probably hit it!
