Where's my wife? I've been telling her this was a real rule! She has to read this!

I'm surprised it was Fender raising hell. I mean the "hooked" headstock looked like so many others that I expected one of those to be the ones complaining. But then Fender is the Elephant in the room. Moses necks had a hooked headstock similar to SX but I see now they've got a license from Fender to produce actual Fender shaped headstocks. So I guess that means that Fender looks the other way on the "hooked" ones.
Yeah. It's obviously all about money.
I've already got one of the Silver 'n Maple Ps on the way. Probably gonna just make the headstock look like a telebass. Those have always had a high place in terms of look in my opinion.
A new neck from what? They are not interchangeable with Fender etc.
Really?i put a mighty mite fender replacement neck on my sx p and it fit just fine

If that headstock was on a poor quality el-cheapo Japanese bass from the 60's people would be raving about how cool and vintage it was.
I've seen worse. At about 100 bucks, it would grow on me.
There seems to be enough meat there to easiliy convert it into a Tele headstock
