Tacos!!!

Last night I made tacos.
Ancho chile shrimp, homemade slaw with homemade pickled red onion, homemade pico, cotija, homemade guac, and yes, I bought the tortillas from the bakery to show my lazy side.

He was cool dude, played most of the instruments on his records, and wrote some really catchy tunes!
I have the first 4 records, and they are a lot of fun to listen and dance to.
I've played them for some people and they were like, "Wait, who IS THIS??" when I tell them it's Falco they are pretty surprised. He's got some good stuff if you give it a chance.
